Original “Witches live among us” flyer used in the production of the 2016 Wizarding World film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. The year is 1926, and Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident, were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.
These flyers can be seen in the film where Mary Lou Barebone held her anti-wizarding rally in front of Steen National Bank. This piece is printed on off-white paper with inkjet black and red details. The front features the image of four women dancing in the woods with the title of “Witches Live Among Us”. This piece measures 8.5″ x 6″, and remains in excellent, production used condition.
