The Abyss – Film Crew Patch Collection

Set of four embroidered patches made for the underwater film unit in the 1989 James Cameron film The Abyss. A civilian diving team is enlisted to search for a lost nuclear submarine and faces danger while encountering an alien aquatic species. To film this epic underwater science fiction film special “underwater film units” were created. This set of four patches were designed for the crew members and later given out to select members of the cast and crew as gifts. This set features four embroidered patches of various color and remain in excellent production made condition with the largest patch measuring 2 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ (5.0cm x 8.89cm).
