Police Academy – Metropolitan Police Patch & Badge

Set of a production made Metropolitan Police patch and hat badge featured on the uniforms in the 1984 crime comedy Police Academy. When the mayor of a crime-ridden city loosens the restrictions on entering the police academy in order to get more cops on the street, all manner of oddball characters enlist to join the force. This patch is embroidered with the logo of the police department and features the slogan “Integrity Knowledge Courage”. This set also features a cast metal hat badge also featuring the lettering “Metropolitan Police”, and a screw pin posting. The patch measures around 3″ in diameter and the badge 2″ x 2″. Each item remains in excellent, production used condition.
