Captain Marvel (2019) – Photon Inhibitor

Original Photon Inhibitor used in the production of the 2019 Anna Boden superhero film Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel is an extraterrestrial Kree warrior who finds herself caught in the middle of an intergalactic battle between her people and the Skrulls. Living on Earth in 1995, she keeps having recurring memories of another life as U.S. Air Force pilot Carol Danvers. With help from Nick Fury, Captain Marvel tries to uncover the secrets of her past while harnessing her special superpowers to end the war with the evil Skrulls.

This small device was created by the Kree to control the powers of “Vers” and was later destroyed by Captain Marvel once realizing it was suppressing her powers. This piece is made of plastic and features a detailed center section with faux circuitry. The small device has seven rectangular pieces protruding from the center and the entire piece is painted a metallic green and has been weathered in black. This item remains in excellent, production used condition.
