This puppet appears in the scene where the Commando Elite activate the Gwendy dolls.
Created by the renowned special effects company Stan Winston Studio, the Gwendy puppet demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, featuring a resin body built over internal mechanical components. The piece includes a latex head mounted on a fiberglass substructure, exhibiting production-made alterations such as cuts, burns, staples, screws, and other hardware applied by the Commando Elite. Measuring approximately 11.5″, it also retains multiple cable controls extending from the rear of Gwendy’s army-print underwear.
