Batman vs. Superman Dawn of Justice (2016) – Batman Head Casting

Original head casting of the armored Batman suit featured in the production of the superhero ensemble film Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice. It’s been nearly two years since Superman’s (Henry Cavill) colossal battle with Zod (Michael Shannon) devastated the city of Metropolis. The loss of life and collateral damage left many feeling angry and helpless, including crime-fighting billionaire Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck). Convinced that Superman is now a threat to humanity, Batman embarks on a personal vendetta to end his reign on Earth, while the conniving Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) launches his own crusade against the Man of Steel.

This piece was created for the scale maquette created to aid in the design of the final armored suit used by the character in the film. This piece is cast in resin, is unpainted, and remains in excellent, production made condition and measuring 3.5″ x 2.5″ (8.8cm x 5cm).
