Riddick: Rule The Dark Vaako’s (Karl Urban) Hero Necromonger Costume

A stunning costume worn by Necromonger commander Vaako (Karl Urban) in the third chapter of the Furyan renegade’s adventures, Riddick: Rule The Dark. This costume can be seen in the film as Vaako is “consulted” by Riddick regarding the location of the lost planet of Furya. Made for and used in Chronicles of Riddick and this particular costume was used again in Riddick: Rule The Dark.

This commander Vaako costume consists of shoulder armor, breast plate, back plate, cod piece and arm armor that are all made of hard rubber. Underneath which is a black lycra body suit with pieces of rubber leg armour attached to it. A helmet and cowl, which were not seen in use in the theatrical version of the film, are also included. The costume is heavily distressed and a battle damaged look for the production. This whole ensemble has been repainted since Chronicles of Riddick with the classic silver paint work giving way to rust spots and pitting from head to toe, giving a well worn look to this commander outfit. The costume has been clearly marked with the text “Vaako Hero” and in a very good production-used condition.
