Captain Jack Sparrow’s (Johnny Depp) Shrunken Head

A shrunken head used in the adventure film Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. This shrunken head was worn by Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) as part of his costume throughout the film. Tied to his waist, and is supposed to be Sparrow’s mother gifted to him by his father in the previous film At Worlds End. This shrunken head is painted black and brown with stitching over the eye and is made of biscuit-foam with a small bundle of straw like material stitched to the corner of the mouth. A piece of black string has been threaded through the head to be used to tie the head to the costume.

The shrunken head shows some signs of wear including some paint work missing from both sides of the neck area. In good production used condition and measuring 4.33″ x 4.33″ x 2.36″ (11cm x 11cm x 6cm).
