Description
Offered here is an original screen-used Chirrut Îmwe staff used by acclaimed actor Donnie Yen during the production of the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
Chirrut Îmwe’s distinctive staff served as one of the character’s most recognizable signature weapons throughout the film, accompanying the blind warrior and Guardian of the Whills on his journey alongside the Rebel Alliance. This production-made example exhibits the authentic construction and finish expected of a hero or stunt-used filming prop from the production.
The staff is constructed from resin and expertly painted to simulate dark brown wood. A silver-painted central section and matching silver-painted end cap provide contrast to the otherwise wood-grain appearance, faithfully matching the weapon seen on screen. For ease of transport and production use, the staff separates into two sections at the midpoint, allowing the piece to be assembled and disassembled as required.
