Flash Gordon Hawkman Warrior’s Helmet

A helmet worn by one of the Hawkmen in Mike Hodges’ sci-fi adventure Flash Gordon. The winged race from Sky City are seen throughout the movie, commanded by Prince Vultan (Brian Blessed). Made of fiberglass the helmet features cuts outs for the eyes and nose with holes drilled to the mouth area and is complete with its distinctive wings and scope to the top of the helmet. This helmet is finished in black paint with gold highlights and features a label to the interior which is hand inscribed ‘ALAN HARRIS’ in pen. With some minor chips and some paint cracking and flaking due to age. Overall in excellent screen used condition and measures 11” x 7” x 13 ½” (28 cm x 18 cm x 34 cm).
