Hero Meccan Prop Rifle The Chronicles of Riddick

Hero Prop Meccan Rifle used in The Chronicles of Riddick. The Meccan soldiers can be seen with the guns early in the movie, when they go to Imam’s house to find Riddick and later when they attempt to fight off the Necromongers. This hero version of the weapon is made from vac formed plastic and resin which has been painted grey, bronze and black to resemble an alien metal and includes machined aluminum components including the barrels.

This highly detailed weapon has Meccan designs on the trigger and other areas. It measures approximately 35.5″ x 9” (90cm x 23cm) and has been given a custom distressed look to give it a battle damaged feel, and shows evidence of use on set. There are several discreet switches from the original gas propelled functions but these have since been deactivated.
