Inglourious Basterds (2009) – Major Dieter Hellstrom’s (August Diehl) King Kong Card

Major Dieter Hellstrom (August Diehl) production used playing card from Quentin Tarantino’s 2009 film, Inglourious Basterds. It is the first year of Germany’s occupation of France. Allied officer Lt. Aldo Raine (Brad Pitt) assembles a team of Jewish soldiers to commit violent acts of retribution against the Nazis, including the taking of their scalps. He and his men join forces with Bridget von Hammersmark, a German actress and undercover agent, to bring down the leaders of the Third Reich. Their fates converge with theater owner Shosanna Dreyfus, who seeks to avenge the Nazis’ execution of her family.

This card was made for the infamous card game at ‘La Louisiane’ tavern scene. This is a tan playing card that was custom made by the production with ‘King Kong’ written on the back and a vintage style King of hearts style image on the front. This item shows slight wear from us win the series, measures 2″ x 3″ and remains in excellent, production used condition.
