Ethan Hunt and the IMF team join forces with CIA assassin August Walker to prevent a disaster of epic proportions. Arms dealer John Lark and a group of terrorists known as the Apostles plan to use three plutonium cores for a simultaneous nuclear attack on the Vatican, Jerusalem and Mecca, Saudi Arabia. When the weapons go missing, Ethan and his crew find themselves in a desperate race against time to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands.

As the main plot device of the film the plutonium bomb case can be seen throughout the film, and In the films climactic battle, Walker (Henry Cavill and Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) fought over the detonator which controlled the nuclear devices. This piece features a large hard plastic Pelican brand case with a plastic insert featuring three removable faux plutonium bombs with vinyl decal lettering attached. Each bomb is spherical in design and painted a metallic silver. The set features a hard rubber stunt remote with intricate cast in detailing, a plastic red activation switch cover, faux green electronics screen and attached black nylon strap with metal buckles. This hero set shows some signs of wear from use in the film but remains in excellent, production used condition.
