Outland (1981) – Con-Am Marshall Badge

Original badge used in the production of the 1982 Sean Connery science fiction film Outland. Thriller about an honest marshal in a corrupt mining colony on Io, Jupiter’s sunless third moon, who is determined to confront a violent drug ring even though it may cost him his life. After his wife angrily deserts him, he waits alone for the arrival of killers hired by the company to eliminate him. Futuristic remake of `High Noon’.

This badge is cast in metal and features a gold finish that has a slight patina from over the years. The badge features an oval design with a six point star in the middle. The badge reads FSA in the middle and “Marshall” at the bottom, and has a small “27” present in the middle, referring to the station they are posted at Con-Am 27. The badge features silver detailing and blue acrylic plating on the front. This piece remains in excellent, production used condition.
