Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) – Chitari Alien Tech

Piece of alien tech used in the production of the Marvel Studios film Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, young Peter Parker returns home to live with his Aunt May. Under the watchful eye of mentor Tony Stark, Parker starts to embrace his newfound identity as Spider-Man. He also tries to return to his normal daily routine — distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just a friendly neighborhood superhero. Peter must soon put his powers to the test when the evil Vulture emerges to threaten everything that he holds dear.

This piece was used when the Tinkerer was making weapons out of Chitari technology that was scavenged from the fight in New York City during the events of The Avengers. This piece would have been used to dress the weapons that The Vulture was selling on the streets. This piece is made of vacuformed plastic and features a round dome section that is painted gold with a metallic blue detail in the middle. There are three pieces of small plastic also painted gold attached to the side for detailing. This item shows slight wear from use in the film but remains in excellent, production used condition.
