An original shard of kryptonite crystal used in the 2006 superhero movie Superman Returns. During the film Lex Luthor (Kevin Spacey) reveals his grand scheme: using one of the stolen Kryptonian crystals to grow a new landmass. Shards such as this can be seen scattered across this landmass. This shard of Kryptonite is made from a light-weight rubber and measures 2.5″ (6.3cm) in length. Also included is a battery operated stand that emits light through the piece, and is activated on the bottom of the base.
