The Dark Crystal SkekUng (Dave Goelz) Armor

A piece of original Skeksis armor created for the production of The Dark Crystal, the 1982 fantasy classic directed by Jim Henson and Frank Oz.

This is an original production made armor casting section created for use on Skeksis Garthim-Master. This piece can be seen at the rear of skekUng’s head throughout the movie. Made of a lightweight fiberglass with a grey paint finish the bone like piece remains otherwise unfinished having been surplus to requirements during the production. A rare and displayable principal character artefact, this armor section measures approximately 21″ (53.3cm) length and remains in excellent production used condition.
