The Dark Knight (2008) – Gotham Taxi Cab Insert

Taxi Cab Insert used in the production of the 2008 superhero sequel The Dark Knight. With the help of allies Lt. Jim Gordon (Gary Oldman) and DA Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), Batman (Christian Bale) has been able to keep a tight lid on crime in Gotham City. But when a vile young criminal calling himself the Joker (Heath Ledger) suddenly throws the town into chaos, the caped Crusader begins to tread a fine line between heroism and vigilantism.

These were used as set dressing in the taxi cabs seen in the film. This is a paper insert that would be attached to the back seats of the cabs and is yellow in color featuring a map layout of the city of Gotham along with a black checkered grid detail and the lettering “Gotham City Taxis”. This piece is printed in full color on glossy paper and remain in excellent, production used condition.
