400 Days (2015) – Captain Theo (Brandon Routh) Hero Spacesuit

Original spacesuit used in the production of the science fiction thriller 440 Days. While in a simulator to study the long-term effects of space travel, a group of astronauts face a series of challenges. When they lose connection to the outside they assume it is part of the test, but when a man appears they start to have doubts.

This piece was used by the character of Theo, actor Brandon Routh and can be seen throughout the films run. The base suit features a pair of custom made white pants and matching jacket. Both the jacket and pants feature blue ribbing details on the knee sections, blue trim around the sides of the jacket and matching blue detailing on the shoulders. The spacesuit has a zip up front and a section of attached Velcro where a neck collar (not included) would attach. Included is a custom made space helmet, made of plastic with a large clear acrylic front and two small black plastic details on each side that would control the LED lights (not tested) in the suit. This piece shows slight wear from use in the film but remains in excellent, production used condition.
