Game of Thrones (2011) – Euron Greyjoy Pirate-Army Sigil Shield

Original shield used in the production of the hit HBO series Game of Thrones. George R.R. Martin’s best-selling book series “A Song of Ice and Fire” is brought to the screen as HBO sinks its considerable storytelling teeth into the medieval fantasy epic. It’s the depiction of two powerful families — kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars and honest men — playing a deadly game for control of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, and to sit atop the Iron Throne. Martin is credited as a co-executive producer and one of the writers for the series, whose shooting locations include Northern Ireland, Malta, Croatia and Spain.

This style of shield was used by the armies of Euron Greyjoy in season 6 when he declares himself king of the islands and his forces wrecked havoc on the high seas. This piece is made of metal and is round in shape with a protruding  round middle section featuring the sigil of Euron Greyjoy which is red in color with a thin black eye slit. The shield is silver in color with around rivets around the center and features a faux leather backing with handle section on the top and sides. This piece shows slight wear from use in the series but remains in excellent, production used condition.
