Prometheus (2012) – Bridge Switch Panel

Original switch style panels featured on the bridge of the Prometheus in the 2012 Ridley Scott science fiction prequel Prometheus. The discovery of a clue to mankind’s origins on Earth leads a team of explorers to the darkest parts of the universe. Two brilliant young scientists lead the expedition. Shaw (Noomi Rapace) hopes that they will meet a race of benevolent, godlike beings who will in some way verify her religious beliefs, while Holloway (Logan Marshall-Green) is out to debunk any spiritual notions. However, neither the scientists nor their shipmates are prepared for the unimaginable terrors that await them.

This piece was used as set dressing around the futuristic bridge of the title ship Prometheus. Made from an acrylic housing this item is grey in color and features various attached switches and silver metal buttons. The end of the panel features three small spears, one with a cover still attached. The bad of the panel features various electrical rods and wires where it would haver been wired into the filming set. The Weyland-Yutani logo is visible on the end of the panel, and this piece measures 25″ x 5.5″ x 2″ and remains in excellent production used condition.
