Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016) – Jyn Erso Folded Baton

Folded baton used in the production of the 2016 science fiction film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Former scientist Galen Erso lives on a farm with his wife and young daughter, Jyn. His peaceful existence comes crashing down when the evil Orson Krennic takes him away from his beloved family. Many years later, Galen becomes the Empire’s lead engineer for the most powerful weapon in the galaxy, the Death Star. Knowing that her father holds the key to its destruction, Jyn joins forces with a spy and other resistance fighters to steal the space station’s plans for the Rebel Alliance.

As one of Jyn Erso’s signature weapons, this baton can be seen hanging from her belt throughout the film, most noticeably during the fight on Jedha. This piece is made of a dense urethane rubber and is cylindrical in shape, featuring a raised texture throughout. The baton features a circular detail on the end used for attaching it to her person and a cast in flip out handle section. This piece shows wear from use in the film such as scuffs and scrapes in the finishing, but remains in excellent, production used condition.
