Young Grinch Bust – Prop Appliance Display

A custom display bust made for original prop Grinch facial appliances from Ron Howard’s family comedy How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

A set of production made Grinch facial appliances as well as a rigid foam life cast of the actor. Each of the appliances were mounted to the bust individually, then given a base coat of the Grinch’s signature green color and hair applied. This process is much like they would have been applied by Rick Baker’s team on set, making for a fantastic life-like display and measuring 18″ x 13″ (45.7cm x 33cm) and in excellent condition.
