Original drawing used in the production of the 2017 Ridley Scott film Alien: Covenant. Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, members (Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup) of the colony ship Covenant discover what they think to be an uncharted paradise. While there, they meet David (Michael Fassbender), the synthetic survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition. The mysterious world soon turns dark and dangerous when a hostile alien life-form forces the crew into a deadly fight for survival.
These drawings were done by David while he was stranded on the alien world, and can be seen featured throughout his cave where they are presented hanging from the walls and ceiling. This piece is made of a piece of bleached white linen that has an image of a sea-shell printed on it in black ink along with lettering in Latin. This piece shows slight wear from use on the set but remains in excellent, production used condition.
