Original sticky bomb used in the production of the 2016 DC superhero film Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justic. It’s been nearly two years since Superman’s (Henry Cavill) colossal battle with Zod (Michael Shannon) devastated the city of Metropolis. The loss of life and collateral damage left many feeling angry and helpless, including crime-fighting billionaire Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck). Convinced that Superman is now a threat to humanity, Batman embarks on a personal vendetta to end his reign on Earth, while the conniving Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) launches his own crusade against the Man of Steel.
These small bombs were used by Batman in his attack against Superman on the rooftop, and can be seen in his bat cave as well. These would be shot from a launcher used by Batman, that would them stick on walls and explode. This piece is made of cast resin and circular in shape, with a light grey front cover, and a section of round cast in faux LED lights on the back. This piece shows slight wear from use in the film, but remains in excellent, production used condition.
