Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016) – “Blind Pig” Magical Card Set

Set of cards featured in the production of the 2016 film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. The year is 1926, and Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident, were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

This set of cards was featured Inside the “Blind Pig”, a magical speakeasy, accessed through a painted make up advert and offering jazz, dancing and plenty to eat and drink. This set features two playing cards, a 10 off spades and a 7 of hearts. The cards are printed on heavy cardstock and feature a colorful orange, yellow and blue patterned backing. This set remains in excellent, production used condition.
