Legend, Darkness Puppet

A Darkness puppet from Ridley Scott’s Legend. The puppet was used for the final sequences of the film as the Darkness (Tim Curry) was banished back to his dimension.

Made of resin, with a leather and cloth costume. The puppet has cuffs and an elaborate lace belt, hooves that are weighted allowing for ease of flexibility and movement. There are some signs of wear including cracks around the neck joint due to the delicate nature. Overall this piece remains in good condition and displayed on a custom made stand measuring 6 ¼” x 15” x 9 ½” (16 cm x 38 cm x 24 cm).
