Ready Player One (2018) IOI “Sixers” Helmet

Original Sixers helmet used in the production of there 20918 Steven Spielberg science fiction film Ready Player One. In 2045 the planet is on the brink of chaos and collapse, but people find salvation in the OASIS: an expansive virtual reality universe created by eccentric James Halliday. When Halliday dies, he promises his immense fortune to the first person to discover a digital Easter egg that’s hidden somewhere in the OASIS. When young Wade Watts joins the contest, he finds himself becoming an unlikely hero in a reality-bending treasure hunt through a fantastical world of mystery, discovery and danger.

This helmet was used by one of the Sixers who were tasked with solving Hallidays puzzle by the corporation IOI. This piece is custom made of fiberglass and features a flip down clear visa, rubber and nylon padding and a hard shell with hexagon pattern on the top. This item has a row of LED lights present under the eye shield (unknown if in working condition). This piece shows slight wear from use in the film but remains in excellent, production used condition.
