The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) – Oogie Boogie Bug Puppet

A bug puppet from Henry Selick’s stop-motion fantasy musical “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. This custom-crafted miniature bug style can be seen in the iconic scene where Jack Skellington (Chris Sarandon) and Oogie Boogie (Ken Page) fight each other in Oogie Boogie’s lair, notably when Oogie Boogie’s seams are unraveled and the bugs that help keep his shape are spilled all over the floor. This custom-painted, black and purple miniature insect with red eyes and black legs extending from each of its body and exhibits some glue residue on the base. The bug puppet is in overall good production used condition.
