The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon (2023) – Original Walker Face Mask

Original zombie face mask used in the production of the spin-off series The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon. After a capsized Daryl Dixon washes ashore in France, he struggles to piece together how he got there and why. The series tracks Daryl’s journey, fighting his way through the unique Walker strains and provincial violence of France. Along the way, Daryl finds his desire to return home complicated by the new connections he forms and the renewed sense of hope these relationships give him. Meanwhile, back in America, Carol Peletier’s search for Daryl forces her to confront old trauma, as she enlists a new ally under false pretenses to help her.

This mask was used by one of the variant zombies in the first season finale and can clearly be seen in several shots. This hero mask is made of polyurethane and features a half face mask style that wraps around the zombies lower face and curves between the nose to the forehead. The mask features two leather wraps used to secure it on the actors face with a metal closure on the back. This piece shows signs of wear from use in the series but remains in excellent, production used condition.
