Hero remote controlled car used in the production of the classic 1996 Christmas film Jingle All The Way. Workaholic Howard Langston (Arnold Schwarzenegger) wants to make things up to his son, Jamie (Jake Lloyd), and wife, Liz (Rita Wilson). He promises to get Jamie the hottest toy of the season, Turbo-Man — even though it’s Christmas Eve and the toy is practically sold out. As Langston hunts down the elusive gift, he runs into mailman Myron (Sinbad), another father on the same quest. With the clock winding down, Langston’s moral code is tested as he starts to learn the real meaning of Christmas.
This car can be seen zipping around the toy store while Myron was running from Howard with his Turboman doll, Myron, actor Sinbad slips on the car sending him flying to the ground and allowing Howard to get the Turboman doll back. This is battery powered remote control car with a yellow plastic body, large black rubber wheels and has been enforced with steel plates on the bottom featuring attached small ball bearings for use when the actor placed his foot on it and uses it as a skate. This piece includes its original remote control (untested) and both features the numbered markings “00”. This item shows slight wear from use in the film but remains in excellent, production used condition.
