Alien: Covenant (2017) – Dead Engineer Skull

Original dead engineer skull used in the production of the Ridley Scott 2017 science fiction film Alien: Covenant. Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, members (Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup) of the colony ship Covenant discover what they think to be an uncharted paradise. While there, they meet David (Michael Fassbender), the synthetic survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition. The mysterious world soon turns dark and dangerous when a hostile alien life-form forces the crew into a deadly fight for survival.

Skulls like this are present on the planet that David destroys with the alien bioweapon and were used as set dressing for the dead Engineers. This piece is cast in resin and two parts, the main face section and the jaw. Both items have been expertly painted to resemble bone and have been weathered to seem aged. Each pieces shows slight wear from use in the film but remain in excellent, production used condition.
