American Beauty (1999) – Original Business & Credit Card Set

Set consisting of a business and credit card used in the production of the 1999 Oscar wining film American Beauty. A telesales operative becomes disillusioned with his existence and begins to hunger for fresh excitement in his life. As he experiences a new awakening of the senses, his wife and daughter also undergo changes that seriously affect their family. Critically acclaimed, this film won Oscars for Best Screenplay, Best Director, Best Actor and Best Film.

This set consists of a prop business card that Carolyn, actress Anette Bening uses for her business “Burnham & Associates”. The card is printed on heavy board with printed graphics on the front reading “Burnham & Associates Carolyn Burnham (847) 555-0195”. Also included is Lester Burnham, actor Kevin Spacey’s VISA credit card, made of plastic with raised lettering and a faux magnetic stripe on back. This set shows minor wear from use in the film but remains in excellent, production used condition.
