Blade 2 (2002) – Blade’s (Wesley Snipes) Cyclone Glaive

Original cyclone glaive used in the production of the 2002 Marvel superhero film Blade II. Exploding from the pages of Marvel Comics comes the thrilling follow-up to the blockbuster “Blade.” Half Man … half vampire, and consumed by a desire to avenge the curse of his birth and save the human race from a blood-drenched Armageddon. In this newest action-packed adventure, Blade (Wesley Snipes) is forced to team up with the very vampires he hates in order to overcome a new type of monster which threatens to eradicate both races.

This is an updated version of the glaive used by Blade in the first film and was created and used by the production to promote the films rerelease and was also featured in the film promotional material, appearing in the poster being held by Wesley Snipes. The blades are all held Into places via small ball bearings that allow each of them two fold onto each other. The center piece features a small metal handle section on the back with a black “glyph” design in the center. This piece shows slight wear but remains in excellent, production made condition.
