Blade II (2002) – Blade’s (Wesley Snipes) Hero Daywalker Sword

Original “Sword of the Daywalker” used in the production of the 2002 film Blade II. Exploding from the pages of Marvel Comics comes the thrilling follow-up to the blockbuster “Blade.” Half Man … half vampire, and consumed by a desire to avenge the curse of his birth and save the human race from a blood-drenched Armageddon. In this newest action-packed adventure, Blade (Wesley Snipes) is forced to team up with the very vampires he hates in order to overcome a new type of monster which threatens to eradicate both races.

As the main weapon of Blade’s, this piece was carried on from the first movies design and was featured throughout the second film. The piece features a thin, polished aluminium blade with fuller detailing running down its length. Finished in black and faux-silver paint, the round grip is flat on one side and is decorated with ornate vampiric glyphs and ribbed detailing. This piece shows signs of wear from use in the film such as wear to the handle section in the form of paint missing and scratches. The sword measures 35″ in length and remains in excellent, production used condition.
