Deadpool & Wolverine (2024) – Bamboo Training Katana

Original training katana used in the production of the 2024 Marvel Studios film Deadpool & Wolverine. Deadpool’s peaceful existence comes crashing down when the Time Variance Authority recruits him to help safeguard the multiverse. He soon unites with his would-be pal, Wolverine, to complete the mission and save his world from an existential threat.

This sword was made by the production and used by the actors to train with in pre-production. The sword features a solid Bambu blade which were used by the production for saftey as they would break and splinter before harming the actors. The blade is painted a bright silver and the sword features a dense urethane handle section, black in color with a ribbed texture. This piece shows slight wear from use by the production, but remains in excellent, production made condition.
