Ender’s Game Mounted Formic Claw

A Mounted Formic Claw from Gavin Hood’s 2012 sci-fi adaptation, Ender’s Game. This claw was made for use in an early scene in which Ender fends off Stillson and his buddies. This claw is made of foam rubber and has been detailed to appear insect-like and is mounted on a small PVC pipe embedded in a foam rubber tube. Painted silver to give the appearance of a metallic tube that is protruding from a foam rubber base painted to look wooden. With some peeling paint from wear due to production use the claw remains in good condition and measures 17” x 8” x 6” (43 cm x 20 cm x 15 cm).
