Harry Potter Franchise (2001-2011) – Original Gryffindor House Patch

Original Gryffindor house patch used in the production of the long running Harry Potter film franchise. Harry Potter is a film series based on the Harry Potter series of novels by J. K. Rowling. The series was produced and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and consists of eight fantasy films, beginning with Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone and culminating with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.

This style of “House” patch were used on the robes worn by the children of house Gryffindor throughout the series. The black embroidered felt patch shows a lion on a red-and-gold-colored shield, with “Gryffindor” below the shield in black. The pact shows slight wear form use in the film and has small loose threads where it was taken off a robe used in the series. This piece remains in excellent, production used condition.
