The Rocketeer’s (Bill Campbell) helmet from Joe Johnston’s action-adventure film The Rocketeer. Cliff Secord (Bill Campbell) is a cocky stunt pilot in love with a beautiful actress, Jenny Blake (Jennifer Connelly). When he discovers a jet pack hidden in a biplane, Cliff straps on the rocket, dons a flashy helmet and becomes the high-flying hero known as The Rocketeer. But when Nazis want to use the rocket as a weapon, Cliff must use his alter ego to both protect Jenny from an evil actor (Timothy Dalton) and save the day in this period adventure based on the comic books by Dave Stevens.

This piece is made of resin and fiberglass that has been painted gold and aged with hues of black. It features a long fin adhered to the top also made of fiberglass and a pair of tinted acrylic eye lenses, and a grill located at the mouth. Riveted metal nuts are dotted around the lenses, and the fin features small cracks present with signs of paint chipping. The helmet features a second helmet adhered inside for the actor to wear which features black padding, a black nylon chin strap and signs of tan faux leather around the edges. This piece measures 19″ x 10″ x 11.5″ and remains in excellent, production used condition.
