Beetlejuice Miniature Adam Stop-Motion Puppet

Production-made stop-motion puppet of the Adam Maitland character played by Alec Baldwin in the 1988 Tim Burton film Beetlejuice. The film tells the story of a recently deceased couple adjusting to existence in the afterlife as ghosts haunting their own home. The film featured many incredible special effects sequences, several included stop-motion puppetry. This puppet was made for a scene that was ultimately cut from the film. The puppet was created to resemble the Adam Maitland character in the film and features miniature wardrobe that matches his main costume throughout the movie. The body, head, hands, and feet are plastic and the hands and feet are attached to the body by wire armatures. The puppet measures approximately 5 x 2.25 x 1.25 inches.
