Captain America: Civil War (2016) – Spiderman Lenses & Frames

Set of original lenses and frames used in the production of the 2016 Marvel Studios film Captain America: Civil War. Political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability when the actions of the Avengers lead to collateral damage. The new status quo deeply divides members of the team. Captain America (Chris Evans) believes superheroes should remain free to defend humanity without government interference. Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) sharply disagrees and supports oversight. As the debate escalates into an all-out feud, Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) must pick a side.

This set features a pair. of original lenses and eye frames used o the Spiderman filming suit by actor Tom Holland. These were feature don the practical filming suit that was later covered in CGI for the release of the film. This set features a right and left frame, each made of cast resin and featuring recessed lettering stating the filming shooting title “SPTNIK”. Also included are a set of inserts for the frames featuring a plastic design with a hexagonal eye pattern that has been chromed. These are accompanied by a red cotton bag used by the production to keep the eyes intact for filming. This set remains in excellent, production used condition.
