Original poisonous flower pod used in the production of the 1995 classic Jumanji. A magical board game unleashes a world of adventure on siblings Peter (Bradley Pierce) and Judy Shepherd (Kirsten Dunst). While exploring an old mansion, the youngsters find a curious, jungle-themed game called Jumanji in the attic. When they start playing, they free Alan Parrish (Robin Williams), who’s been stuck in the game’s inner world for decades. If they win Jumanji, the kids can free Alan for good — but that means braving giant bugs, ill-mannered monkeys and even stampeding rhinos!
These flower pods grew inside the house after the world of Jumanji was unleashed. This piece is made of foam latex with an internal metal structure, the static flower pod is painted in varying shades of green to resemble a stem. White faux fur surrounds four orange protruding stigmas on the top and there are various faux purple plastic pedals hanging from the main pod. This piece is presented on a grey wooden base and shows slight wear such as some deterioration in the foam latex around the stem and some paint loss. This piece remains in excellent, production used condition.
