Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope Krayt Dragon Segment

A segment of the Krayt Dragon seen in the desert of Tatooine from Star Wars: Episode IV– A New Hope. After escaping the Tantive IV in an escape pod, R2-D2 and C-3PO wander through the wilderness of the desert planet Tatooine. At one point during their journey there is the large skeletal remains of a Krayt Dragon. This segment is part of that large set piece from the film. It is made of fiberglass and tan resin. The segment measures approximately 4.5″ x 3.3″ x 1.5″ (11.4 cm x 8.3 cm x 3.8 cm).
