The Acolyte (2024) – Qimir (Manny Jacinto) Hero Illuminating Fighting Saber

Hero illuminating fighting saber used in the production of the 2024 Disney+ series The Acolyte. A former Padawan reunites with her Jedi Master to investigate a series of crimes but discovers the forces they confront are more sinister than they ever anticipated.

This is a hero fighting style saber was used by the main Sith Qimir, actor Manny Jacinto in the series. This fighting saber was made with a light up blade for the actors to use while simulating fighting sequences in the film. The main handle section of the saber is made of resin and metal with a separated sectional design cast into it. The saber is painted a dark green with dark and light green patina accents in between the sections. The saber features a cast in activation button with a metal ring on the bottom, metal hex screw details and a round plastic belt hanger. The saber has a small switch on the bottom that would activate the lights and a remote control antennae receiver, where it would be activated by a remote off screen (remote not included, electronics not tested). The handle features an integrated opaque white plexiglass saber section. This piece shows signs of wear from use inn the production but remains in excellent, production used condition.
