Original Xenomorph spine piece used in the production of the 2004 sci-fi film Alien vs. Predator. Weyland Industries discovers a pyramid buried under an island in the Antarctic. The owner sends a group of archaeologists to investigate it but the humans get trapped in a war between two alien races.
This piece was used on the full sized costumes of the Xenomorph’s featured in the film, and can be seen on the backs of the alien nemesis throughout the film. This piece is made of foam latex and features the alien’s signature organic details. The piece has a metal rod running inside the spine to keep the main structure solid, and is covered in foam latex that is painted dark blue with black detailing. Thee spline shows wear in thee form of foam breaks and hardening around the edges. This piece measures 12″ tall and remains in excellent, production used condition.
