Silent Hill – Nurse Facial Appliance

Full head “Nurse” facial appliance used in the production of the 1996 horror film Silent Hill. A woman, Rose, goes in search for her adopted daughter within the confines of a strange, desolate town called Silent Hill. One of the staples of Silent Hill are the “Bubble Head Nurses”, who were originally from Alchemilla Hospital and were infected with a parasite.

This full head appliance is made of foam latex and features the likeness of a mutated, warped human face. The head appliance has been painted to resemble a light skin tone with intricately detailed veins and hues of red and black denoting the transformation from human to monster. This piece features strips of Velcro on the top where either a nurse hat or wig would have been attached. This piece remains in excellent, production used condition.
