X-Men: First Class Mystique Appliance Set

Production-made head and body appliances created for the Mystique character played by Jennifer Lawrence in X: Men First Class from 2011. Mystique is a shapeshifting mutant that can take on the appearance of any person. In her normal state she has blue scaly skin and bright red hair. Make-up appliances such as these were used to give Jennifer Lawrence the blue scaly appearance. There are twenty two pieces in total that are adhered to plastic sheets and forms. The appliances are made of blue silicone rubber and are painted with a mix of blue and black speckling with the pieces marked “Picture Double Grade A”.
